Located in the 3rd largest historic district in Texas on the National Registry, our1880s restoration project for Under the Chandelier was a labor of love that opened in May 2016. With a passion for historic towns and buildings, we are revitalizing more of Calvert's charming buildings in the 700 block that were built during the Victorian Era. Historic preservation is the ultimate form of recycling and the greenest buildings are those that are already built. We strive to provide a unique shopping experience with all the charm of a small Texas historic town.
